Agent is a local AI assistant with read access to the things you’ve already put into the app — focus areas, habits, goals, schedule, notes, journal. Ask it to plan your day, mark a habit done, surface overdue goals, or help you think through a decision. By default it runs entirely on your Mac through Ollama; Claude is an opt-in escape hatch for the rare harder question, with personal identifiers stripped from your prompt first.
